Bright straw yellow with a fine and lingering perlage. Lively and dry wine with velvety delicate taste. Excellent for starting meals, it elegantly matches delicate fish and shellfish courses. PROSECCO, comes exclusively from a small AREA , the "WHITE VALLEY”.  Nobody else can call such wines PROSECCO’s. Alcohol  content 11.3

Fresh taste with slightly fruity notes. Fine and sophisticated perlage enclosed in a pleasant balance.

Excellent versatile sparkling wine, ideal with dessert.

Acidity: 5,3 g/liter

Sugar: 18 g/liter

TERRA DI ALESSIO – Bollicina EXTRA BRUT

 

Again a Valdobbiadene production. Straw yellow with fine and lingering perlage.

Dry and pleasantly fresh with a rightly sharpness level. Extremely versatile wine, for all meals.

EXTRA BRUT SATEN -Bollicina

 

lovely aromas of fresh fruit and floral notes makes this wine a superb aperitif and an excellent accompaniment to the first course and fish dishes and oysters. FRANCIACORTA an Italian area of excellence: Guyot. GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Chardonnay, two vintages, 65% 2008 and 35% 2007.

 

 

MATURATION: Spends at least 24 months on the lees. Alcohol  content 12.5
